The affected product is the MagSafe Wireless Power Pack Portable Power Bank, designed for use with MagSafe-compatible phones and earphones. Each unit has a capacity of 5,000 mAh and features “Velvet Caviar” engraved on the front and printed on the back. The model number ZHX-PB21 and PO numbers ranging from PO-PP001 to PO-PP010 appear on the back. Units lacking a PO number are also included in the recall.
Consumers are urged to stop using the power banks immediately. VC Group is offering a free replacement for affected products, provided users submit a photo of their unit with “Recalled” written on it. Instructions for disposal of the batteries emphasize the importance of following local recycling regulations, as these lithium-ion batteries require special handling and should not be discarded in household trash or standard battery collection bins.
