Doosan Bobcat North America has reported five incidents where the locking pins failed to secure the mower deck, though no injuries have been documented. Consumers who cannot properly secure the deck should use two straps, each rated for 1,500 lbs., to hold the deck in place when performing maintenance. Those unable to obtain straps may request them at no cost from Doosan Bobcat North America. A free repair will be available in the near future.

The affected mower decks were sold at Bobcat and Steiner dealerships nationwide from April 2023 through September 2024, with prices ranging between $5,200 and $5,500. Consumers seeking more information can contact Doosan Bobcat North America at 800-743-4340 or visit their website for recall details.
