The incident occurred at approximately 11:01 a.m. when officers arrived at the apartment complex on East County Line Road. According to police, the victim told officers her mother stabbed her during a confrontation. A second victim stated Watson had expressed intent to kill and attacked him with a knife before the first victim intervened and sustained the injury. A two-year-old child was also present in the apartment at the time of the incident but was unharmed. The injured victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Officers located Watson in the building’s laundry room after she fled the scene. The knife used in the attack was recovered, and Watson was taken into custody. She was later charged with aggravated assault and arraigned before a district justice. Bail was set at 10% of $200,000, and Watson was remanded to the Bucks County Prison.
