WILLIAMSPORT, MD News (3/1/2024) – Belles and Beaus Hair Studio unveiled its doors to the public with a flourish, marking the official commencement of its services with a Grand Opening event on March 1, 2024, at 307 E. Potomac St., Ste. 101, Williamsport, MD 21795.

Catering to individuals of all ages, Belles and Beaus offers tailored hair and beard services alongside facial waxing, all within a serene and inviting ambiance.

The brainchild of Karen Lowman and Kelli Sue Schonewolf, both natives of Washington County, the establishment reflects their deep-rooted connection to the region and their vision for a thriving local business.

In their commitment to community engagement, Lowman and Schonewolf have outlined plans for regular specials and fundraising initiatives, with proceeds directed towards charitable causes. Notably, they aim to create a welcoming space for seniors and extend discounts to military veterans, as well as personnel from police, fire, and EMS services, including a complimentary haircut for veterans on Veterans Day.

The Grand Opening served as an opportunity for the community to witness the culmination of their efforts, unveiling the newly refurbished salon space. With appointments now being accepted, Belles and Beaus is poised to cater to the grooming needs of Williamsport residents and beyond.

The Washington County Chamber of Commerce joined in the festivities, partaking in the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the occasion and extend support to Belles and Beaus as they embark on this exciting journey.
