Ocewana Baker – Maryland Democrat Delegate 2B Candidate – Detained after ‘No Kings’ Event Hagerstown

Ocewana Baker was handcuffed and detained by Hagerstown Police Department following the Hagerstown ‘No Kings’ event on October 18, 2025.

Baker, previously known as Malique Baker, faces charges of Affray, Second Degree Assault, and Disorderly Conduct.

Richard Hrabe, the counter-protester involved in the incident, also faces charges of Affray, Second Degree Assault, and Disorderly Conduct.
