Shupp faces charges including the manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, and possession of a small amount of marijuana. These charges stem from an incident for which an arrest warrant has been issued.
Authorities have listed Shupp’s last known address as 1 Monticello Court, Chambersburg, PA 17201. The warrant was created on August 3rd, 2026, by the Chambersburg Police Department, located at 116 S. Second Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201. The Chambersburg Police Department is urging anyone with information regarding Shupp’s whereabouts to contact them directly or to submit a tip through the Crime Watch platform.
