The “Meet the First Responders” event will feature various community heroes, allowing attendees to interact and learn more about their important work. Adding to the festive atmosphere, musician Brian Forberger is scheduled to perform from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. The market, located at 25 E Main Street in Waynesboro, PA, will showcase a diverse range of vendors. Throughout the season, the market has hosted 100 different vendors offering a wide variety of products. Shoppers can expect to find items from vendors such as Grace’s Family Farm, McFerren Farms, Raven Rock Forest Farm, Rose & Ivy, Humble Roots Mushroom Farm, Cilles Creations with sourdough bread, Delaney’s Delicacies, Mama K’s cinnamon Rolls, JH Produce, Taqueria, Posey Peddler offering fresh cut flowers, Witches of the Woods, and Weyira Olive Oil, among many others.

This event is made possible through the support of several local sponsors, including Middletown Valley Bank, Wellspan, Trident Enterprises, The Rotary of Waynesboro, Orrstown Bank, and Mcconnellsburg Veterinary Clinic. The Waynesboro Farmers Market, an initiative by Mainstreet Waynesboro, Inc., in collaboration with vendors like Rose & Ivy and Humble Roots Mushroom Farm LLC, aims to foster community engagement and provide access to local goods. This particular market day offers a unique chance for residents to thank and engage with the first responders who serve the Waynesboro community.
