A voluntary recall issued by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission warns that certain Traveller-brand aluminum loading ramps sold at Tractor Supply stores nationwide are prone to failure under normal use conditions. The recall affects approximately 18,000 units and includes models designed to hold weights between 1,500 and 3,000 pounds. Customers are urged to stop using the affected ramps immediately due to a risk of falls and injury.

The recall includes three models: the Traveller 3,000 lb. 12” x 90” Aluminum Sheet Arched Ramp, the Traveller 1,800 lb. 77” Straight Ramp, and the Traveller 1,500 lb. 12” x 84” Aluminum Sheet Arched Ramp. These products were sold between October 2024 and July 2025 at prices ranging from $180 to $220. Despite being marketed for tasks like loading lawn mowers, ATVs, and golf carts, the ramps may bend or break under weights within their advertised limits. At least 35 incidents have been reported, including two that led to knee and other injuries.
Customers who purchased the recalled ramps can obtain a full refund. The company offers two options: return the ramps to any Tractor Supply store or submit a photo of the ramp with the word “Recalled” written in permanent paint to customersolutions@tractorsupply.com. More information is available through Tractor Supply’s recall notices page online or by contacting their customer support line.
