Charles Johnson, 33, of Detroit, Michigan, received the longest sentence—96 months in federal prison. Stephanie Miller, 48, of Charleston, West Virginia, was sentenced to 84 months. Sandra Tennant, 55, of Morgantown, received a 51-month sentence, while Jordan Spadafore, 34, also of Morgantown, was sentenced to five years of probation. The sentences were handed down in Clarksburg by Chief U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Kleeh.
The investigation was led by the Mon Metro Drug Task Force, a HIDTA-funded collaborative composed of multiple federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. These include the FBI, ATF, DEA, West Virginia State Police, and several local police departments in the Morgantown area. The operation is part of a broader effort under the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) initiative, which targets high-level criminal enterprises through coordinated, intelligence-driven strategies.
