According to the account, the sighting occurred on October 5, 2024, and was later submitted to the UFO tracking website, “UFO Stalker.” Could this UFO have been studying, or perhaps even attempting to control Hurricane Milton?

The witness described a metallic disc, outlined with glowing purple lines, hovering above their backyard. The object reportedly emitted a deep, mechanical humming sound, staying motionless in the air for an extended period. The report notes that the UFO appeared to generate a charged atmosphere, which the witness likened to the sensation before a storm. Unfortunately no photo or video of the UFO was included in the report.

This sighting comes just ahead of Hurricane Milton, a Category 4 storm predicted to make landfall on Florida’s gulf coastline. However, there is no verified evidence to suggest a connection between the sighting and the approaching hurricane.
UPDATE: Videos are now surfacing on X showing a purple sky in Florida. It is unknown if this is related to the UFO sighting.
