Hagerstown Police Department has released two sets of videos to RFHC regarding the ethics complaint against Councilmember Erika Bell.

The second set of videos show Councilmember Bell’s interaction with Hagerstown Police Department during investigation of vandalism/destruction of public property at Wheaton Park by juveniles on 8/17/2025.
